Colson Kelly, also known as Machine Gun Kelly is best recognized for his unique way he raps. Baker was born the 22nd of April, 1990, in Houston Texas U.S. into the family of English Scottish and German descent. His parents, who were both missionaries, took him to several trips in his early days. His dad James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployment as did the mother Sonia Alane left them when at the age of nine. Baker's father moved with him to Denver and lived with the uncle of his father. Baker suffered bullying from other children in his neighborhood because of his poor living conditions. When he was in sixth grade, he began listening to rap. Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas in the U.S. In his music, he is well known for mixing modern hip-hop styles and rock. Baker has released four mixtapes in from 2007 to 2010 prior to joining Bad Boy Records. The Cleveland artist, who can deliver the lyrics with as much speed as a bullet-train, experienced a meteoric climb in late 2011, when he switched to self-publishing mixtapes instead of signing with reputable labels. It was from there, with all of his releases making it to the top 10 charts.
