Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell was a television personality, a ex-chef of the Institute of Culinary Education and formerly teaches cooking. Anne Burrell. The Culinary Institute of America was where I had the most fun time of my life. It was difficult to master how to do, or even work hard enough. After graduation, chef Burrell spent a time in Italy attending Italy's Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners while working at La Taverna del Lupo in Umbria as well as La Bottega del 30 a one-Michelin star restaurant in Tuscany. In Italy she gained an appreciation for and knowledge of Italian cuisine and its culture. This will have a significant impact on how Burrell approaches her cuisine. Burrell is a celebrity ambassador for the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation. She also is a member of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board, which helps kids who have challenges. As a guest speaker and teacher, she travels around the United States to discuss her passion for cooking as well as her profession. Anne says she was incredibly fortunate that I could communicate her love of cooking to other people.
