Angie Harmon (born Angie Harmon) is an American actor and model that has appeared in numerous television shows and movies over the past several years. Her first venture was modeling, however once she was recognized internationally, she made the decision to attempt acting. She began her acting career with the 1995 television series called 'Baywatch Nights. Harmon's voice was used in an animated film version of 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' Harmon began focusing on film at the beginning of 2000. She then ceased working on TV series. After appearing in few movies and a few TV shows, she returned to acting in TV series. In 2008, she was one of the very few actresses to pose discreetly nude in an Allure magazine.' In the TNT TV show 'Rizzoli & Isles in which she appeared as Detective Jane Rizzoli. Her role as detective was extremely praised and she won several awards. Her work as a detective has garnered several nominations throughout her career.
