Angie Harmon was an American actress/model who has worked in a variety of films and television shows. She began as a model, but when she received international recognition, she decided to pursue acting. She began her acting career by appearing in the television show of 1995"Baywatch Nights. She is also an actor in voice and was the voice of an animated adaptation of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker movie. In the early 2000, Harmon made the decision to concentrate on film and stopped working in TV series. Then, in the mid 2000s the actress returned to television series after appearing in several movies. She was one of the few actors of 2008 who discreetly posed nude for the magazine Allure. The character of detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. In her role as a detective, she has got a lot of praise and awards. Angie Harmon was nominated over several years due to her excellent performances, but has not won any awards.
